Holding over 39 years of executive, quality control and human resource management experience, Jim ensures that both internal auditing and quality standards are met and exceeded. As part of our commitment to quality assurance and integrity in all aspects of our business practices Jim has implemented important processes and procedures such as a day-to-day monitoring system for assurance issues, instituted a closed loop process between Quality Assurance and Operations and has centralized the quality assurance function, improving the integrity and quality of our services. His ongoing agent training program maintains Power Direct’s high levels of integrity, effectiveness, and competence.
