Nancy’s professional experience in marketing, public relations and call center management expertise has benefited the company for the last 10 years. Serving as senior account manager, across multiple industries, she was directly responsible for executing several successful campaigns programs for Control Publications, Banking, Utilities, Health Care, and Telecom businesses. Nancy is also a seasoned human resources and quality assurance professional. Her leadership ability has benefited many non-profit organizations including the Lupus Foundation of America. She served as the president for the Southern California Chapter tirelessly raising national awareness for the disease. A civic role model, she also lent time and talent to the Children’s Hospital of L.A. where she contributed to the success of a "Mother’s Touch," Nancy additionally created and generated awareness for a cable network dedicated to a positive, violence-free childhood. The network reached 16 million households in less than two years.
