Nancy Korzeniewski, Chief Operating Officer
Nancy brings over 10 years of both inbound and outbound call center management experience. Her experience in inbound call routing, handling, training, and technical setup speaks volumes as she has set up more than 5,000 client-held toll-free numbers. She was also primarily responsible for increasing revenue for over 20 call centers across the U.S., Nancy's expertise lies in operations management, client services, training, and command center operations. Keeping abreast of industry trends, she holds multiple professional memberships including: American Teleservices Association/Great Lakes Chapter, SOCAP, COPC and NODMA. Nancy earned her Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Akron.
