Our independent Quality Assurance Department reinforces our commitment to you. Because technology is key, our inbound call center includes fully automated universal stations with predictive and preemptive dialers. And with current software, we have the ability to provide full Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) to evenly disperse calls to our agents. Using the Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) the system can offer 'screen pops' and 'intelligent call routing'. The dialer switch provides an unlimited number of "Skills-Based" ACD groups and allows for up to 5 "overflow" groups per ACD group. Additionally, the "skills" follow the agent and are not tied to a specific station. Our Multi-Campaign Inbound telemarketing functionality is capable of handling an unlimited number of DNIS, while capturing Automatic Number Identification (ANI). Clients also have the capability of designing a series of inbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) campaigns. Post-call processing activities allow the client to print orders, update external databases or send data to external applications.
