Do Not Call Processing
Power Direct utilizes the very latest technology to scrub your data against all DMA, TPS
and State “Do Not Call” lists. We are also able to scrub against the Federal “Do Not Call”
list which was activated in 2003. Customer DNC requests are processed in real-time through
our agent software.
New Prospect Campaigns
All leads received for Cold Call campaigns to residences are checked against National,
state, DMA, and Power Direct’s internal Do Not Call lists, and also against the Wireless
Phone Reserved Numbers list prior to calling. Numbers found on any of those lists are not
added to the calling database for the campaign.
Follow-Up to Telephone Inquiries
These leads are checked against Power Direct’s internal Do Not Call list. Records found
on that list are not added to the calling database for the campaign. These leads are not
scrubbed against any other Do Not Call lists.
Follow-Up to Internet Inquiries
All leads received in response to Internet inquiries are checked against National, State,
DMA, and Power Direct’s internal Do Not Call lists, and also against the Wireless Phone
Reserved Numbers list prior to calling. Numbers found on any of those lists are not added
to the calling database for the campaign.
Referrals
Telephone numbers referred to us by prospects, customers, employees, or any other source
are checked against National, State, DMA, and Power Direct’s internal Do Not Call lists,
and also against the Wireless Phone Reserved Numbers list prior to calling. Numbers found
on any of those lists are not added to the calling database for the campaign.
Monthly Updates
On the first business day of each month, all callable leads in Cold Call Business to
Consumer campaigns, and all callable leads generated from Internet inquiries are re-scrubbed
against the National, State, DMA, and Power Direct’s internal Do Not Call lists, and also
scrubbed against the Wireless Phone Reserved Numbers list. Numbers found in any of those
lists are removed from all calling databases for all campaigns.
