It can also manage lists by time zone, call count, previous disposition, and/or contacts with extensive priority queuing. Power Direct's database management services create a file of dispositioned calling results every calling night at the close of business (12 a.m. EST). This file can be transmitted to our clients at their requested intervals. Database management services transmission capabilities include secure FTP, or for a smaller program, e-mail.
